The MigrationWork Trust collects any personal data that you volunteer on forms submitted to us related to the Community Integration Awards (for example submitting a nomination or a vote, or by contacting us), and via any email correspondence that you may send to us. The information you give to us may include your name, address, email address and telephone number

What do we do with the information we collect from you

We gather and utilise your personal information to keep you updated with the latest news surrounding Community Integration Awards, for example the deadline for close of nominations, chosen winners, or the date of the Community Integration Awards ceremony.

Do we disclose your personal data to third parties?

The information provided by you will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless prior consent has been obtained by yourself, or unless otherwise required to do so by law.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver our e-newsletters. For more information, please see the relevant privacy notice for MailChimp. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Nominators

– We will not divulge any information relating to the nominator to either the individual nominated or any other third party without first obtaining the nominator’s permission.

Nominees

– Details we hold on file for Community Integration Awards nominees can be viewed by The Community Integration Awards Project Manager, the MigrationWork Trustees and the Awards Judging Panel only. Other than those entities highlighted above, we will not share details held on behalf of nominees to any other third party, unless permission has been obtained prior.

While we obtain your consent prior to processing your data for marketing purposes or disclosing your data to third parties, you have the right at any time to ask us not to process your personal data for such purposes.
